Location:

Our office is located at the North Kitsap Medical Center in Poulsbo at the intersection of Hwy 305 and Bond Rd.  The Internal Medicine Department is located on the top floor of Building C.

Appointments and Office Hours:

The clinic is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.  The Physician will see routine and non-emergent problems by appointment. Walk-in appointments on the same day for urgent conditions that cannot wait will be made.  People who feel they cannot wait for an appointment or who need prescription refills will be referred our 24 hour answering service.  Patients with true emergencies will be directed to come to our office immediately if they call during office hours or can be seen at the local urgent care and emergency rooms. 

 

Emergencies After Hours:

Dr. Duggal or the hospitalist at Harrison Hospital is available at all times for emergencies or urgent conditions.  Use regular office number (360) 779 - 9911 to contact the answering service who will in turn contact the doctor on call.

 

Insurance:

We participate with most insurance companies. We will provide you with this information at the time of your visit or you may call our insurance department in advance.  Bring your current insurance card or cards with you at all times. Please check with your insurance company to find out if your plan requires you to obtain prior authorization before coming to the clinic.

 

Credit Policy:

For your information our credit policy and payment policy is as follows:

    *All office charges or co-pays are due the date of service unless other arrangements are                                      made.

    *Our patient accounts manager is available to assist you with other arrangements.

 

Smoking:

We are a smoke-free environment and do not allow smoking in our clinic.
